Live Oak Field Hockey Club in Novi, Michigan, was established in 2017 to create opportunities for young athletes to learn the game and improve their skills.

Established in 2017, Live Oak Field Hockey (Novi, Michigan) aspires to create opportunities for young athletes to learn the game of field hockey and improve their skills.  Their primary mission is not to become elite or nationally ranked, instead their goal is to focus on local development, teaching the game and providing opportunities for young athletes to give back to their community through playing, coaching and officiating.  Live Oak is largely based out of Novi, but has traveled to other locations in Livingston, Oakland and Wayne counties, as needed.

Live oak FHC Mission

Live Oak Field Hockey Club exists to develop strong field hockey players and strong young women in Livingston (Live) and Oakland (Oak) Counties, in Michigan.  We endeavor to create opportunities for young athletes to learn the game and improve their skills.  We will provide high school athletes with the opportunity for at least one national field hockey event per year, and many local opportunities.  We aim to open doors for field hockey players from Michigan to pursue the game during and after high school through playing, coaching and officiating.
