The OHSAA Semi-Finals expects to bring great field hockey to the Columbus area today as defending Champion Bishop Watterson faces off against Cincinnati Mt. Notre Dame.  Bishop Watterson defeated Hudson 3-0 in the 2020 State Finals and enters with an 18-0-1 record.  Cincinnati Mt. Notre Dame bring a 14-3-0 record into the match-up and last appeared in the state semi-finals in 2019, falling 6-0 to Gahanna Columbus Academy.

On the other side of the draw the match-up between Thomas Worthington (16-2-1) and Shaker Heights (15-3-0) sees a contest between two perennial powerhouse programs.  Shaker Heights won the tournament in 2014 followed by a three year stretch that saw Thomas Worthington crowded victors.

Max Field Hockey ranks Bishop Watterson as #10 in the midwest/west region and Thomas Worthington #14 in the October 26th rankings.  The region includes California, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin.

Games will be held at Thomas Worthington.  Game times at 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM.  To learn more visit the OHSAA Field Hockey Tournament page.  Game are available on livestream through the NFHS Network.
