This course will focus on how to properly fuel your body. Emphasizing realistic scenarios such as tournament days or weekends. Each presentation will be personalized to the age group and the needs of their body. Following the presentation on how to properly fuel there will be time for questions about the presentation or specific nutrition needs.
This seminar will be presented by Holly Stark. Holly holds a MS in Exercise Physiology from CMU. She also maintains certificates in strength and conditioning from National Strength and Conditioning Assoc. in addition to Sports Nutrition and Performance. Holy has served as CMU’s Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at CMU. As director of the program she developed a Nutrition handbook that is the foundation for performance nutrition for all CMU’s varsity sports.
