- Season consists of five dynamic sessions, providing a mixture of training, skill development, and 7v7 team play. Each session will run for approximately one hour and thirty minutes.
We are looking for parent volunteers to coach - rules and practice curriculum will be provided along with Field Hockey specific coaches training prior to the season. All equipment except a mouth guard is provided.

- This introductory field hockey clinic will consist of 4 dynamic sessions with a set curriculum to introduce players to basic skills, rules and game strategy through live game play and skill stations.
